Delivery & Returns

We provide a FREE tracked delivery service. Orders placed before 12 midday are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm midday are processed on the next working day after your order is placed. Our free Courier delivery within Ireland, and UK is up to three working days. Our free Courier delivery within the US is within 5-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to verified addresses in Ireland, the UK, the US, and some European countries. We are opening up deliveries internationally very soon. You won't be charged any customs charges, we cover them for you. Additionally, we expect US orders to be delivered within 5-7 days of the time they are shipped. Why has my order been ‘processing’ for a few days?

This is most likely due to the high volume of orders and increased demand. Thank you for being patient with us as we get more stock in to fulfil your orders. If you have not received a dispatch email within two days, please contact us at



Something isn't right?

In the unlikely event that something isn't right with your order, please contact us at and our customer service team will be happy to help.

Faulty Products or Error

If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return the unopened item to us within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.
Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Unopened products that are in perfect saleable condition, with all seals intact, may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. This must include the original packing slip. A restocking fee of €3.50 per item will be incurred.
Return shipping is paid for by the customer and is non refundable. We recommend that you send it back by tracked delivery for proof of postage.
