These include Curcumin, Black pepper, Shatavari, French Maritime Pine Bark, Vitamin A, C, D3, Zinc and Magnesium. (plus ginger and celery seed in Key Menstrual).

Both Key Menstrual and Key Peri & Menopause contain a daily 5mg of Iron. This is 37.5% of the recommended daily amount, so you’d need to check with your doctor. The iron is contained in the ‘Essential blend’ for each product. This is the white tablet. There’s nothing stopping you only taking the ‘Remedy Blend’ part of the supplement (the coloured tablet) if you really want it! It doesn’t contain any iron and it has all the important herbals and botanicals to help with symptoms.  Key Collagen doesn’t contain any iron.
